We’re excited to announce Alabama Home Education Day 2026—a day to rally together at the State Capitol, celebrate homeschooling, and advocate for parent-led education in Alabama! 🏛📚
This event is FREE, and we welcome all Alabama homeschool families to attend! Sign up now to participate in guided tours, special talks, and more.

- Location: At the corner of the Alabama State House, 11 S Union St, Montgomery, AL 36130
- Cost: FREE
🏢 What to Expect
✅ Guided Tours – Guided tour times listed in the form. These are first-come, first-served time slots.
✅ Alabama Archives and History Activities – Self-guided tours with AHE custom scavenger hunts for homeschoolers!
✅ Helpful prep materials – To guide families in learning about their district and representatives.
✅ Optional ways to encourage and thank Alabama leaders – Includes simple notes families can bring along.
✅ Homeschooling Across Alabama history timeline – Come see where your family fits in.
There will be Informational guides, spotlights, and ways to connect with homeschool resources statewide. It’s a full day of learning, exploration, and community for homeschoolers of all age!
